Return Policy

RETURNS:
At Mojo Wheels, Inc we do our absolute best to get your order to you complete, undamaged, and 100% correct! If a mistake has been made regarding your purchase, such as an item is missing, or damage has occurred while being shipped, please observe the following procedure. Call to obtain a RA# from a customer service representative, and then please return to:

Items returned for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We accept returns on new, uninstalled and unused products for exchange or in-store credit only. There is no return on products after 30 days from the time of shipment. Every return must obtain a return authorization number (RA) before a return can be processed

The RA# must be on the outside of the package, otherwise your package will be refused.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, orders are only shipped to the domestic United States. We do not ship international orders. We hope to offer international service in the future.

BACKORDERS:
We ship most orders complete within 48 hours of your order. But, due to the many Made-In-USA, high-demand, small-production items we carry, we may occasionally be out of stock on a particular model of an item. We ship orders complete. If a product is not in stock at the time of purchase we will hold all purchased products until full order can be completed, we will contact you via email if your order will not be shipped in 48 hours. Please feel free to consult a customer service representative for information on order status.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Should something arrive damaged, please protest to the delivery person and file an immediate claim with the shipping company. If you need assistance with processing your claim, we are happy to help. Remember to keep all original shipping containers and packing material for inspection. Please note that all shipping damage claims are paid by the shipping company, not Mojo Wheels, Inc.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
All items are sold in U.S. dollars. Internet, phone and faxed orders are not charged until the time of shipment. On custom wheel and bike builds 50% of purchase price will be held as a deposit. Telephone or fax orders must be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. You will need to include card account number (always 13 or 16 digits), card expiration date (month/year), and cardholders name. If the credit card bill is received at an address other than the shipping address, you must include both with your order. Please allow 7 business days for personal or business checks to clear. Make checks payable to Mojo Wheels, Inc. Return Checks are subject to a $35 service fee.

Mojo Wheels, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice. Mojo Wheels shall be in no way responsible for the proper use of any merchandise purchased. All mechanical work should be inspected before riding. Customers are strongly urged to exercise due caution and observe all appropriate safety measures when using any and all equipment purchased, including the proper use of helmets, lights and reflectors. Cycling is dangerous by nature, injury and death can occur. Mojo Wheels, Inc is in no way responsible for serious injuries or damaged product.

WARRANTY:
Mojo Wheels Inc. will process any manufacturers warranty on any product we sell. Warranty claims need to be made to customer support at Mojo Wheels.com. All warranty claims will be assessed based on the manufacturer's guidelines. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of warranty items.
